What are your operating hours?
+We are open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed on major Kenyan holidays.

Cyber Cafe Services
What printing services do you offer?
+We offer high-quality printing services including A4 black & white (KSh 5), A4 color (KSh 20), A3 black & white (KSh 10), A3 color (KSh 40), and photo printing (KSh 15 for 4x6). We also print certificates, business cards, flyers, and academic papers.
Do you provide photocopying services?
+Yes, we offer fast photocopying services. A4 single copy costs KSh 3, bulk copying (50+ copies) at KSh 2 each, A3 copies at KSh 6, ID card copies at KSh 5, and double-sided copies at KSh 4. We handle both single copies and bulk orders.
What laminating options are available?
+We provide professional laminating services with both hot and cold laminating options. Prices: A4 documents (KSh 30), A3 documents (KSh 50), ID card size (KSh 20), certificate size (KSh 40). We offer both glossy and matte finishes.
What binding services do you offer?
+We offer various binding options: Spiral binding (KSh 100 for up to 100 pages), Comb binding (KSh 80), Thermal binding (KSh 150), Perfect binding (KSh 200), and Hard cover binding (KSh 500). Perfect for reports, presentations, and academic papers.
Do you take passport photos?
+Yes, we provide professional passport and ID photo services. Passport photos (4 copies) cost KSh 200, ID photos (4 copies) KSh 150, visa photos (2 copies) KSh 250. All photos meet official Kenyan standards and are printed instantly.
Do you offer typesetting services?
+Yes, we provide professional typesetting services including document typing from handwritten notes (KSh 50 per page), academic formatting (KSh 80 per page), resume/CV creation (KSh 500), business proposals (KSh 1000), and presentation design (KSh 1500).
Government Services
What KRA services do you assist with?
+We help with KRA PIN registration (KSh 500), PIN certificate retrieval (KSh 300), PIN updates (KSh 400), and PIN email address changes (KSh 350). We handle the entire process and deliver certificates via email and WhatsApp.
Do you help with SHA registration?
+Yes, we assist with SHA registration (KSh 400), certificate retrieval (KSh 250), mobile number updates (KSh 300), and beneficiary management (KSh 350). All services include document verification and certificate delivery.
What documents do I need for NSSF services?
+For NSSF registration, you need your National ID, valid email, phone number, employment details, bank account information, and next of kin details. We assist with registration (KSh 450), certificate retrieval, statements, and benefits claims.
Do you help with HELB services?
+Yes, we assist with HELB loan applications (KSh 600), statement requests (KSh 250), clearance certificates (KSh 400), and account management (KSh 500). We help students and graduates with all HELB-related services.
What NTSA services do you provide?
+We help with driving license applications (KSh 800), vehicle registration (KSh 700), PSV license applications (KSh 900), and logbook services (KSh 600). We handle the entire application process and document submission.
How long do government services take?
+Processing times vary by service: KRA PIN (same day), SHA registration (1-2 days), NSSF services (2-3 days), HELB services (3-5 days), NTSA services (5-10 days). We provide regular updates on your application status.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
+We accept cash, M-Pesa, bank transfers, and mobile money payments. For government services with online payment integration, we also support M-Pesa STK Push for seamless transactions.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
+Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Photocopying 50+ copies gets reduced rates, bulk printing orders get special pricing, and students with valid IDs receive discounts on cyber cafe services.
Are there any hidden charges?
+No, we believe in transparent pricing. All our service charges are clearly displayed. The only additional costs might be government fees (paid directly to government portals) or special paper/materials if requested.
Do you provide service warranties?
+Yes, we guarantee our work quality. If there are any issues with our cyber cafe services, we'll redo them at no charge. For government services, we ensure successful submission and provide support until completion.
Student Services
What student registration services do you offer?
+We assist with HELB applications, KUCCPS applications, university registrations, exam registrations, project assistance, visa applications, and other student-related services. We provide personalized guidance throughout the process.
Do you help with academic document formatting?
+Yes, we provide academic formatting services including thesis formatting, research paper formatting, assignment typing, and presentation creation. We follow university guidelines and academic standards.
